Engine Test Roundup for Q1 2023
Test data volume and diversity is the key to making rocket propulsion more reliable, accessible, and less expensive. Ursa Major’s facility houses the country’s most efficient propulsion innovation and production ecosystem, with design, engineering, production, and testing in one place, which allows us to iterate quickly.
In early 2023, our focus was qualifying the vacuum variant of our 5,000-pound thrust Hadley engine as well as development testing of our 50,000-pound thrust Ripley engine.
